Do I need to provide any tools or equipment for the repair?

No, you do not need to provide any tools or equipment. Our mechanics arrive fully equipped with all the tools and parts required to complete the repair.

What if I need a new part for my bike?

If your bike needs a new part, we can provide it. We carry a wide range of parts for all types of bikes, and our mechanics will ensure that the replacement part is the right fit for your bike.

How much does Bespoke Cycles charge for their services?

What is Bespoke Cycles' service area?

We currently service the whole Auckland area. If you are outside of this area, please get in touch with us to discuss the possibility of scheduling an appointment.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

This can be done through the confirmation email if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Alternatively, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that schedules can change and will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How can I pay for Bespoke Cycles' services?

We accept payment by PayWave or Cash. Alternatively, if you are not present, we can send you an invoice via email once the job is complete.

Do Bespoke Cycles service all types of bikes?

Yes, we can service all types of bikes, including road, mountain, hybrid, and electric bikes.

Do I need to be present for the repair?

No, if you are busy or not present, all you need to do is let us know where the bike has been left and the code for the lock (if used); once serviced, the bike will be returned.

Do you sell bikes?

No, we just do servicing and repairs.
